I would like to know why Deutschland is listed under arendsii and
japonica. I don't understand how the same name could be listed under
two different things. Could
someone explain how this works.
Another example I bought A. arendsii Peach Blossom and my neighbor
bought
one under the name A. rosea Peach Blossom and then in the Shady Oaks
Catalog
it's listed under A. japonica Peach Blossom. I'm really confused now.
Another
thing I would like to know is Peach Blossom when in bloom a soft to
medium pink and it's got some white in it? Mine is a solid medium pink
when it's in bloom and like I said it was listed under arendsii.

Deutschland and Peach Blossom are hybrids of A. japonica. On label, just put
A.'Deutschland' and A. 'Peach Blossom' .(The taxonimists love to confuse
us.<BG>)
