Should read:
(I plant) Siberians deeper than advised and they almost never bloom the
first year and sometimes not until the second or third year.
It is dependent on the initial size of the rhizome. The Borglums'
LAKE KEUKA was so large, I divided it into three pieces and two of
them bloomed the first year (last year).
