There are many people on the AIS board who grow and
enjoy Siberians. I don't believe there is any effort
to exclude Siberians from the bulletin. I would
suggest that the problem is more a lack of interesting
articles being submitted. One can't print what one
doesn't have in hand. I would love to see an article
on siberians in the perennial border. Unfortunately I
cannot remember seeing many picures from Irisarians of
Siberians in a perennial border. Therefore it is hard
to create an effective article. For there to be really
good articles there needs to be forethought and
planning sometimes for a year in advance. I am certain
I could find gardening journals that would print
articles on Siberians as ideal border plants, but
first one must see a number of perennial borders where
siberians were use effectively with other perennials
and have the pictures to support that.
