Hopefully you will get some good answers from those in the know. But
in the meantime....
I don't know much about Spurias--but did grow some seedlings many
years ago. I handled the seeds just like TB's--i.e., planted them in
a seed bed in the garden in the fall, then kept them relatively moist
through the drier parts of winter and early spring. Germination was
good, growth aggressive, and the plants easy to handle while still
small. If you still have the seeds indoors, it might be just easiest
to wait until next October (or so) to plant them. To get them soaked
and chilled now would require refrig. and freezer, and techniques
I've only read about, never tried. Others may suggest a method.
