Arnold et al,
This was never an option. My subject head was poorly
worded...the discussion at IrisEditors was on whether a
pre-printed ballot with room for write-ins was perferable to a
blank ballot with only write-ins. They both have their own
problems associated with them.
We will have an article with the results of the Pop. Poll for
2002 in the Spring 2003 TSI. Only the SSI Board should make
these kinds of decisions....about the ballot,I mean.
