I am technically a member of both Region 4 and C&P section. I have not been able to attend meetings due to farm responsibilities and an allergy to fungus and molds in airconditioning systems. Howerver, I did meet Anne LOwe at HIPS mini in Syracuse and had a fun visit with her.
I am far north and west of them on the north east corner of Shenandoah County-WarrenCo. is across the creek, Frederick Co 11/2 mi. north.
