Hi Sergey,
I doubt that we've discussed everything and even if we have, it doesn't hurt
to go back over it again. :-)
A photo of Jean Witt's 28-chrom Siberian X I. innominata was just posted to
the iris species group at Yahoo.
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/iris-species/) You'll have to join the group
to view the image but this might be of interest to you since a number of
crosses are mentioned.
Crosses between dips and tets aren't impossible, just unlikely and there
have been documented crosses between 28-chrom and 40-chrom Siberians
(FORETELL).
I have a few images of Siberian crosses on my homepage including ALLEY OOPS
(pseudacorus X Siberian) and a line of JI X Siberians. I've also been
working with a few groups of Siberian X setosa.

I'm not a specialist in genetics at all and I heard that crosses between
dips and tets are impossible in principle. Is it so? The same question
concerning crosses between 28- and 40- chromosome cultivars. I also wonder
what classes (groups) SIBs can make crosses with. I heard only about I.
setosa and I. versicolor and (maybe) I. pseudacorus.
