Hello everybody.
I' m Sergey Loktev from Moscow, Russia. My main interest among ireses is TBs but I also grow about 30 varieties of SIBs. Probably you already had enough time to discuss almost everything about siberians on this forum but maybe somebody won't refuse to answer me too. I'm not a specialist  in genetics at all and I heard that crosses between dips and tets are impossible in principle. Is it so? The same question concerning crosses between 28- and 40- chromosome cultivars. I also wonder what classes (groups) SIBs can make crosses with. I heard only about I. setosa and I. versicolor and (maybe) I. pseudacorus.
