Hi Bill, somehow the number in the bulletin is wrong. In my stud book I have
86s and 88s in 1992 but no 87s. Just skipped the number I guess. What you
see there is probably an 88. There were a lot of good yellow and cream
bitones there as well as some really bright yellows. For each iris there was
a reason to dispose of it and now there is just one left - S92-88-14. We are
thinking of introducing it next year if we have enough stock. It makes a
nice plant with a good display of flowers. It's a child of Careless Sally
and a bright yellow child of Isabelle.
