bee cross

A few years ago I was all excited that I had a possible bee cross tet.
seedling. I was, and am, sure I didn't plant it since it was cheek by
jowl with a peony. Don Hollingworth graciously offered to test the
pollen to see if it truly was a tet. but it was out of bloom by then. I
moved it to another area since I couldn't leave it by the peony, and it
was promptly very ordinary. This year it did its thing again, 36" tall,
rich blue flowers held well above the foliage and lots of them, standing
up straight. When the last flower was on the plant I remembered the
pollen offer but had no idea how to collect it in a way that would be
right for testing.

So, please you knowledgeable people, for next year, how do I collect
pollen and ship it for Don to test? I don't think it's
"introduceable"(sp?) because there are too many wonderful blues out
there now, but it might be of interest in some other way.

won't discuss voles.
