Good Morning:
Thank you to those who paid their dues after my internet
reminder. The procrastinator list is now down to 66
Members late with renewals! To MDC, who didn't give me
an internet address, No, you hadn,t paid your dues yet,
but now are paid through 2002.
Judy has informed me the Spring TSI is almost finished,
so we'll be looking for the money to pay postage and
printer soon! For your information, Income since
January 1st is as follows on my end:
Past Bulletin Sales: $38.70
Check Lists: $55.50
Dues received: $1323.77
Total Income: $1417.97
Almost enough to pay printing charges for the Spring TSI.
On another note, Why are non-members of the Society for
Siberian Irises allowed as members of the Siberian Robin?
The Daylily Society requires membership in AHS before
you can join the Daylily Robin. I notice some frequent
correspondents are NOT siberian society members.
Perhaps if they desire the benefits, they should support
the organization. I'm new to the Robin as many know, so
just curious about requirements.
Howard Brookins in Sunny Wisconsin, where the Siberians
aren't wearing any green for St. Patricks Day! At 20+
degrees, they're smarter than other perennials!
