I too have many blind SDB's but bloom seems to be out of order here as well,
so far. I'm already seeing some frost damage on some blooming SDB's. Weather
here has been erratic with the exception of the ongoing, worsening drought.
As for Siberian height, my plants never seem to be 'description' height. This
could be because of our erratic weather: sometimes it gets quite warm here
in the spring before the Siberians bloom. However, even though my plants grow
shorter, they still bloom well so I don't complain too much.
I'm going to be paying close attention to height in the future.
