leaves

One of my siberians, On and On, right now has leaves that look like a
combination of slugs, baby borers, and black vine weevil have been
chewing up and down, every leaf. If they were metal they'd make a sort
of drunken hack-saw blade. I can't find any beastie. Any suggestions?
