Hi Edmundas, thank you for the information on the seedling. It's very nice
to know that Chartreuse Bounty, which is a nice old-fashioned flower as I
remember it, can have such a beautiful ruffly child. I've often wondered if
crossing CB with something greenish like Bellissima would be worthwhile.
Really green flowers in siberians might be really attractive. Now I think it
would be worth a try.
Chartreuse Bounty has a couple of good things going for it besides light
green flowers. It is extremely vigorous. I've seen it make huge beautiful
clumps. It also repeat blooms here in Massachusetts as heavily as any
siberian.
