CHESS x THORNBIRD) and a higher level of SA expression results in the progeny
than in the SA parent would this not strongly infer a dosage effect? Or for
that matter, were (LEMON CHESS x THORNBIRD) crossed back to any other SA iris
and the resultant progeny had higher level expression than either of the SA
parents would that not also strongly infer a dosage effect?
