little pod worms

Following is a response I got on another list re the little worms in
pods. Apparently they are primarily a nuisance only to hybridizers
in that they damage the seed crop. For just a grower, they don't
cause much damage apparently.
Re: worms in pods. THE BOOK (Warburton and Hamblen) indicates that
this is
the work of the verbena bud moth. I get them occasionally.
