I am always hesitant to say "never", but I have not observed a unicellular hair on this type of seedling.  The beards I examined carefully were multicellular, often layered in color.  The "ledge" under the relatively narrow beard was never more than a mini-horn.  

Nevertheless, I believe the potential exists if someone wants to obtain SA ABs.  That was not my goal.  I certainly don't want to discourage anyone who is interested in following the "road not taken".  Many years ago, John Holden got a pure onco seedling with horns.  He didn't introduce it because it was a "freak". I grew it for some years, but treated it as an interesting garden subject rather than breeding stock.
