Re: [SpaceAgeRobin] Hello.

Hello, Here's a few median SA you might check out. Do searches on the internet, and you can find photo's for most if not all of these:
SDBs: Stinger (byers), Little big horn (annand grows like an IB for me). Satyre(tasco) http://community.webshots.com/photo/119336024/270729920JJcGIS
IBs: Darts (byers), October storm (sutton, reblooms), Splat (sutton), Hi (byers, reblooms),
Devilish nature

abbey chant (sutton, re), Winged Angel (tasco), candy rock (sutton, re), Viper (sutton), Concertina (sutton, re), Dark Avenger, Hagars helmet.
BBs: Bermuda Triangle (cadd), Cute orange horn (sutton).
Suttons has more newer ones too. Check out their site: www.suttoniris.com they are done selling for the year but their site is still up. Riverview also has some of the above, now pics at there site though.
Hope that list gives you something to go on. If the links don't work, just copy/paste them into the address bar. If you search the archives you'll find photos's there too.

Hi, I am new to this list, and will soon be going through the back
posts. I have just started growing iris this year, and I have noticed
a great lack of Border Bearded and Standard Dwarf Bearded SA iris in
the catalogues that I have looked through. I am interested in them
because they will fit in my small growing space (and my sister loves
the funky colors of the SDB). I was wondering, does anyone have any
advice on SA BB and SDB iris that I can introduce to my garded next
year? Names, pictures and where to get them from? I am also interested
in hybridizing, anyone have any adivce on related material for a
beginner?
Thank you,
Ruth M
