Duncan,once cut the aroma becomes pronounced at that point I can almost
"detect"if the acid or sugars is the dominant flavor factor.Some take on
a complexity perhaps citrusie in one and heard others(referring to a
particular var.)even say pineapple!

I like variety, some sweet,very sweet in fact.Other times I like 'em so
acidic they (with a little salt sprinkled on it)burn your chin if you
eat too much.Anything but bland that I can buy at the store...
