I know this is a veggie-list not a flower-list, but I'm hoping someone could
give me a little advice on forcing bulbs - paperwhites to be specific. I've
just purchased 20 of these bulbs to be potted for Christmas gift-giving.
Some of them have already started to sprout a tiny bit. I put them in the
garage a few days ago where the temperature is ranging 10-45 degrees F.
Should I leave them there & pot at the last minute (December 23-24)? Should
I pot them now? Bring them in the house? In the pots or not? Any
suggestions for best potting medium?
Thanks,
