Slo-bolt Lettuce

Thanks Sheila. I have successfully grown Peas and Radish by shading them and I think I will grow my lettuce under my Papaya trees.I do have some seeds, dont know if they are teh slow-bolt type but I will give it a go. Am thinking of starting them in containers first.Is that a good idea?
