Hello,
	Freezing is the simplest way to go with tomatoes.  
	Step 1.  Wipe off dirt
	Step 2.  Place in freezer storage container or bag
	Step 3.	 Place in freezer
Enjoy all winter long.  If you don't care for the skins they fall off in
cooking.
