We have frozen tomatoes for many years, enough to see us through at 2 a
day each(x2) from November until the new crop in July. Just put them on
a tray, cut big ones in half, cut damaged ones to save the good bits and
freeze them. When frozen put in a bag. T use just thaw in a microwave
etc. and eat raw. The skins tend to separate on thawing and they are
soft but the flavour is all there.
