Green beans


Hi veggie list members,
 We have harvested green beans, more than we can eat now, I usually can
them and process in a canner. I have frozen beans in the past, blanching
first etc. Now I am wondering if I can use my new vacuum sealer, and
then freeze.  I am thinking I can break the beans and vacuum, then wash
them when I open them to cook.  Has any one out there done this?
