Hello Monica
I have found the best and easiest way is to wash them,cut off top and
tail,then free-flow whole,then when frozen,bag up.They are really good for
stir-fries and casseroles in the winter then.They can also be boiled with a
little butter and garlic,but as with most frozen veges they do lose flavour.
