Seed and chop or dice 'em raw. Mix with some chopped onion and tomato.
Throw in a clove of garlic (minced or salt crushed). Dash on some white
wine vinegar or squeeze on some lime juice. Season to taste with some
coarse ground salt and black pepper. Gently stir to mix it all up and
sprinkle on some chopped cilantro if desired. Mmmmm, mmm...good stuff!
