News Break, the Par Kid's Garden

Hi Nesa and
All,
Well, It never fails, whenever there is publicity some idiot has to jump in for
the glory. We have three of them .The kids call them the "grouchy old ladies".
One who did some work, two who did nothing, since the newspaper article this
trio has taken over. No one but them is supposed to go near the garden. The
kids will wreck it and the rest of us don't know what we are doing. I wonder
where they were when we where getting
filthy?
However, I put in a small plot for the kids by my house and they're having fun
anyway. As far as I'm concerned, if this trio wants to do all the work by
themselves, GREAT! The kids will still get the credit and we'll have two
gardens! As long as everyone's happy that's all that
counts.
How's your project, Nesa? Is everyone else out there"in the ground"? Is anyone
else having problems with" selective beetles"? They don't pick any particular
plant and they pop up here and there. I've been spraying them with a
combination of dry mustard and horseradish water, seems to take care of them and
it is safe around the children and pets. Well I'll let you go for this evening
and I'll forward the article for your perusal. Good night
everyone. "r"
