Hello:

It is a form of camellia (although I am not at home to look at its tag).
I bought a potted plant from Territorial Seeds this year at a Garden show.
It's still kind of small so I haven't tried making tea from it yet.  

If you like, I can bring a catalog from home and give you their phone
number.
