My best *guess* would be casbbage worms. Earlier this yr did you notice
any small whit3e or light green moths/butterflies? My first garden, I
thought they were pretty, until I found out they layed eggs on my
cabbage and broccoli and then I had these little green worms eating *my
food*. The only organic solution I have for these is prevention. Such as
using a floating row cover so the eggs can't be layed on the plants to
start with. Of course this doesn't help much for this yr!!
