Cauliflowers (and broccoli) that are stressed (like being in the market pak
too long or suffering from weather that's too cold when they're set out)
"button up". That is they set flowers that are really small, and never grow
properly.
Try again as a fall crop. If you plant seeds now, and transplant them when
they've got 4 true leaves, you should get an excellent crop both in
Cincinnati and in University Park.
