Hello,
I would move the tomato up 2" in diameter from the size pot it is already
in. I would use the best quality potting mix you can afford. Also I would
fertilize it with a water soluable fertilizer that is high in phosphorus to
push bloom and fruit. Schultz makes a 10-60-10 by the name of schultz bloom,
and Peter's makes a 10-50-10.
Lots of light, and you will have good success, I think.
