I've been reading that broccoli sprouts may contain 10 to 100 times the
cancer fighting compounds that mature broccoli and other cabbages do, and
I'm interested in growing some.
Does anyone have any experience or suggestions? A very small bunch at the
store is almost 4 dollars, so it would be great to grow my own.
I know you can buy a sprouter from Shepherds, but I'm wondering if anyone
has just used a jar?
Thanks,
Evonne
