Hi Phillippa & Gardening buds!!   (pun intended)  =o]

     My zucchinis are out of control this year.  I am sooo sick of
eating them, but I came up with a really good one last night.  I cut
them in half then hallowed out the centers (not to much) then I mixed
the remainder of the zucc with some sausage, onions, tomato sauce etc.
(Same as stuffed bell peppers) filled up the zuccs and baked them.  It
was out of this world,  it was so good!

     Another one is my sister just got back from Mexico where they had
jalepenos stuffed with peanut butter, breaded and fried.  Just like the
jalepeno poppers with cream cheese.  I don't know about this one but I'm
ganna try it just for the hell of it.  Sounds gross but kinda good.
hmmmm

     I also plan on making some vinaigrettes out of my purple basil &
chilie peppers soon, I'll use that to pour over some fresh tomatoes &
cucumbers.  Yum!
