Hello sick-of-zucchini masses.
I don't seem to be able to get sick of grilled zucchini:
slice 1/4 in. thick legnthwise for small ones, on the diagonal for larger
ones,
toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated,
grill over very hot coals approx one minute on each side,
serve immediately.
A shaving of Reggiano adds some variation.
Do the same with asparagus in spring.
