Re: Magnolia buds


Don, I just went and looked at our M. sieboldii and I couldn't tell the
difference between leaf and flower buds and our plant has bloomed reliably for
the last 3-4 years.I couldn't tell from the picture either. I would say that it
is too early, last year ours bloomed on the 14th of June in Plymouth,New
Hampshire, could you be that far ahead of us.Steve
