ADMIN: Temporary new listowner

Howdy folks,

   I'm going to be heading up to the land of 10,000 lakes for some
   fishing and fun this Thursday.  I'll to be gone for about 10 days,
   but in my absence Marge Talk (mtalt@clark.net) has graciously agreed
   to manage the lists.  Some of you may also know her as the Shade
   Gardening editor on Suite 101.

   Although she was also the temporary listowner last year, she doesn't
   have much experience under her belt.  I think her personality more
   than makes up for this defecit, and if her work last year is
   indicitive of anything, we shouldn't see any problems.
