I'm afraid you may be right about the deep south. just recieved a
message from my cousin and she says that a friend, did have the tree
peony, however she grew them in pots, says she doesn't think they will
survive in the ground in this area. WELL now ain't that a kick in the
head. I can't grow these things in a pot, can't you just see me
trying to take a 10 ft. tree into my house come fall.
I need some advice from someone from the south if you have ever grown
this plant now is the time to speak up. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for you imput Don. I'm gonna go for it anyway. if it doesn't
live then I just shot 20 bucks maybe I won't wind up in the poor
house. I should have inquired to the list before I rushed over and
bought it. shouldn't I? it's called hindsight or in my case "not
thinking before acting" a failure of mine.
