Last week on our way to Atlanta, the Amelanchier laevis was so dainty
along the hill line. I noticed the trees stopped about Chatsworth, GA.
Old trees bloom here in Maryville along with the redbuds. Somehow the
white of the shadblow is more pleasing than all the Bradford pears in
their white glory.
