RE: woodyplants DIGEST V1 #24

I have two bald cypress, but unsure at the moment which ones.

The land bound one is very straight and tall, thinking it should be wider. I
like how it changes color, although my neighbors keep telling me yearly that
it is dieing. <lol>

The other one (which I believe to be the same one) is potted in my pond. It
doesn't seem to grow as fast, but adds interest to the pond scene. Soon it
will have to come out and planted somewhere.

Both have been trouble free for four years now.

caryopteris divaricata 'snow fairy'- just planted this last fall. The jury
is still out on it. Anything I should know?

I had a few river birch, none of which ever made it here.

Although this in not the one you listed, I also bought physocarpus opul
'seward' ninebark summer wine. Jury still out on that one too, but they
claim it will only grow to 6ft X 4ft... we shall see!
