Re:groundcovers

My favorite groundcover is prostrate rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis
prostratus). It is hardy, drought tolerant, lush and green all year in
southern California with minimal water, blooms most of the year, the
birds love the flowers, and it is a wonderful herb for seasoning and
scent.It's happy even in poor soil but does prefer good drainage.
