To me it looks more like Acer campestre or Acer miyabei -- the lobes are
almost too deep and the leaf blade too wide for A. ginnala or A. tataricum.
But neither one of these is known for red petioles...  One problem that
I'm running into is no sense of scale -- I can't tell if those leaves are
12" across like A. macrophyllum, or 5" like A. campestre.
