At the top left of the site that is mentioned in the original site,
http://www-pubcomm.ucdavis.edu/search/news_detail.lasso?id=6454   under the
word "News" is the date 6.3.2004.  Then the date on the article itself is
June 4, 2003.  I sent them an e-mail enquiry, and suggested they do a
follow-up story on the single leaf.  They could pick another date out of
their hat.  Not a bad story anyway.  Gary
