Hello Don,
This is something similar like once in my Zantedeschia
elliotiana.
In all the complexity of aroid inflorescences, sometimes they
seem to revert to simpler, more "flowerish" forms.
They may exhibit modified leaves under the separate
flowers.
It may be caused by mutagens or chemical
treatment.
