Plant therapy + hospice services

Dear Community Garden Listserve:

Does anyone have any information about horticulture therapy used in hospice
services?

I'm working on a alternative therapy grant (as volunteer, maybe more later)
for a nonprofit hospice agency--would love to include plants, especially
herbs.
