Hi Everyone,

I am looking for resources for a local community on organic gardening and
nutrition education.  They would like to build a greenhouse and do gardening
year round.  They want to use the produce in the schools.  Also, they are
targeting this to middle and high school age children.  They want the teens
to run the greenhouse.  The produce may be used throughout the school system
and/or the local community. 

There is a lot of information (i.e, curriculums and activties) for
elementary-aged students but not as much for teens.  Does anyone have
resources, ideas, or contacts they could share with regard to this age group
and topic area?
