Tom,
I've written an rather long (160pps) manual on the topic and also adapted
the ACGA's. The manual, "How Does Our Garden Grow: A Guide to Commujnity
Garden Success" is available form my organzation's website,
<http://www.foodshare.net/grow.htm> for $25. It has been reviewed in the
Community Food Security newletter by Alison Meares and elsewhere. When I
wrote it in 1997, I used end of year funding reports from local gardens and
also the Minnesota Greens guide you've mentioned
I'd be happy to email you my adapted version of the ACGA guide.
