It's wonderful that you were able to provide your wish-list to the garden,
but if there's one very large thing I've learned from 25 + years of doing
this, is that if the community didn't work hard to get something, they
won't appreciate it when they have.
So, the jaded old lady adds an odd item to the wish list:
 OCCASIONAL (but not insurmountable) ADVERSITY.
 To offset the hot showers and flush toilets, of course, Adam.
