[cg] Legal aspects of community gardens

I teach law students in a Community Development Clinic.
The Clinic has assisted a couple of community gardens 
with legal matters.  I am now preparing to write an
article on legal aspects of community gardens.

If you know of materials I should read, or with whom I should
contact, please contact me at jschukoske@ubmail.ubalt.edu.
I will check the website Susan Wells wrote about, and research this in the
usual ways.  I thought folks on this list might know of materials not
generally available.
