[cg] nutritional quality of locally grown produce
My question is this: Can anyone out there
give my accurate data quantifying the nutrient quality of community grown or
locally grown produce when compared to the produce that we buy in our
stores? I know that locally grown produce has a higher nutrient content
than produce shipped from out of state but I need some scientific references so
that I can back up that claim.
