Gotta agree Pam, Our normal highs this time of the year are in the mid to upper 30's. If we get to the upper teens, its a heat wave. More snow last weekend, about 5" and it's blowing all over the place. A few roads are closed, I-29 going North out of Omaha is closed to Sioux City IA, and that doesn't happen too often. Think it's time to start tomatoes??? LOL. Take care and don't scream, Rich

they need to bring back the chain gangs.  prison meat lives better than I
do.  Something wrong w/ that picture too.  flurries this afternoon and no

The last time we got 10 inches of snow here in the Atlanta area was in

the

80's. It had the highways closed down for a week.

Last night, when our 3" of snow started freezing, it caused huge traffic
nightmares. One poor truck driver reported that it took him 11 hours to
drive 4 miles, and that was on I-85.

Georgia does have a few snowplows now. When we moved here, there were no
such outside the city, and there were no sand/salt trucks, either.

Sanding

was done by convicts standing on top of a load in a dump truck -

shoveling

by hand.

Andrea, is it warm enough to melt your snow by mid-day?  Shoveling

option for you right now.
